Trees would have to be trimmed accordingly and the grass should be in ideal height as well. Otherwise your landscaping project would not have much of a positive effect. Potential buyers would not appreciate the new addition because all they would see is the unruly growth right in front of the house.   You have to choose the improvement you are going to undertake and really highlight on this feature to attract buyers. For instance, you could perfect and bring back the site of a beautiful green lawn or you could add a walkway. These projects are not necessarily expensive but they can be effective in adding value to your home. They are even easy to do as well so it's really a perfect way to add life and really make an impact on the price of your home.
